About Us

Virginia B. Beall, M.D., F.A.C.S. 

Dr. Beall graduated Magna cum Laude with a BS from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, TX in May 1984. From there, she earned her M.D. from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX in June of 1988.

Dr. Beall took her Internal Medicine Internship at the Department of Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in June 1989. She took her residency at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in July 1989. She continued on the faculty teaching oculoplastics and pediatric ophthalmology to residents. Dr. Beall received additional training in eyelid plastic surgery and reconstruction and strabismus.

Dr. Beall is a board certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She is also a member of the Texas Ophthalmological Association, the Smith County Medical Society, and AMA. She is a fellow of American College of Surgeons.
